FTIX: Empowering Deep Tech Start-ups to Access Global Markets
Endiya Partners and Applied Ventures, LLC proudly introduce the Frontier-Tech Ignite (X) Program (FTIX), a new accelerator initiative designed to identify and mentor high-potential start-ups in the domains of SaaS/Enterprise Software, Semiconductor/EDA, AI/ML/Blockchain, IoT/5G/Sensors, and Cybersecurity.
The FTIX program will select a cohort of five exceptional start-ups through a two-stage screening process, guided by an expert selection committee. Eligible start-ups should have a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and initial market traction at the time of application.
Chosen participants will benefit from dedicated mentorship sessions with Endiya and Applied Ventures, gain access to their networks and portfolio companies, and have the opportunity to pitch for investment to Endiya, Applied Ventures, and other investors within the ecosystem.
Sateesh Andra, Managing Director of Endiya Partners, expressed enthusiasm for the program, stating, “Advancements in Frontier Technologies have accelerated digital transformation and opened new possibilities. Our experience guiding portfolio companies through various challenges positions us well to support the FTIX cohort. The current moment is ideal for the Frontier Tech wave, and we’re committed to helping innovative ideas gain momentum.”
Anand Kamannavar, Global Head at Applied Ventures, added, “Strategic initiatives like FTIX are crucial for supporting start-ups in the deep tech and Frontier Technologies sectors. Applied Ventures aims to leverage its materials engineering expertise to support innovation across industries such as Semiconductors, Datacenters, and Life Sciences, particularly as the world adapts to the post-COVID-19 landscape.”
Applications for the FTIX program are now open at ftix.endiya.com, with a submission deadline of April 15, 2021. Selected start-ups will have the chance to present their solutions to a distinguished group of investors during a demo day.
