Chocolate Pudding

Melt dark chocolate with milk in a bowl. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla essence, walnuts, fresh bread crumbs, butter, and sugar. Pour some of the mixture into a greased aluminum tin and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let it cool for at least half an hour before serving.

Fruit Custard

Heat milk in a thick-bottomed pan and add sugar as it begins to boil. Mix custard powder with a little cold milk to make a slurry, then add it to the boiling milk along with vanilla extract. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then mix in cream. In a serving bowl, layer mixed fruits, custard, and crumbled mawa cake. Repeat the layers and top with additional fruits and jelly.

Sheer Khurma

Heat milk in a kadhai and add dates, cooking until the milk reduces and darkens. Stir in crushed cardamom pods and cook for another 3-4 minutes before adding sugar and condensed milk. In a separate pan, heat ghee and roast chironji, then add raisins, pistachios, almonds, and cashews until they’re lightly browned. Roast seviyan until brown, then add desiccated coconut and roast until fragrant. Combine the dry fruit mixture with the milk and cook until it thickens. Garnish with additional dry fruits and saffron, and serve hot.
